Americans Are Still Regularly Exercising

Exercising remains an important part of most Americans’ lives, and most report getting active at least once a week.\

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that an overwhelming 86% of American Adults consider exercise at least somewhat important to their daily lives, with 45% who view it as Very Important. Only 12% consider exercise Not Very or Not At All Important. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
