Online is Key For Holiday Shoppers This Year

This year’s biggest online shopping day, Cyber Monday, broke sales records, and most plan to do at least some of their holiday shopping this year via the web. Regardless of how they shop, though, most Americans enjoy the process.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 80% of American Adults will do at least some of their holiday gift shopping online, including 33% who plan to do all or most of their shopping on the internet. Just 18% won’t be going online at all to buy gifts this year. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
