Sorry, Joe, Most Democrats Want A New Face in 2020

Vice President Joe Biden flirted this week with the possibility of running for president in 2020.  But while his fellow Democrats like Biden a lot, they strongly feel their party needs to run a newcomer for the White House next time around.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey shows that 72% of Likely Democratic Voters believe Democrats should look for a fresh face to run for president in 2020. Just 14% disagree and say instead that the party should promote a candidate who has run in the past. Fifteen percent (15%) are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
