Who Colluded With Russia: Trump or Clinton?

Special Counsel Robert Mueller is investigating whether the 2016 Trump campaign illegally colluded with the Russians, but nearly as many voters now think Hillary Clinton's campaign was working with foreigners.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 48% of Likely U.S. Voters think Donald Trump’s presidential campaign is more likely than Clinton's to have illegally colluded with foreign operatives on the basis of investigative findings to date. But 41% believe Clinton's campaign is the more likely offender. Eleven percent (11%) are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
