1* Should every person the president nominates to serve as a judge or in a government position receive an up or down vote on the floor of the Senate?

2* In the Senate, a filibuster can prevent a vote on a presidential nominee from taking place unless 60 senators agree. Some have proposed that Senate rules be changed so that a confirmation vote can be held whenever a majority of senators agree. Do you favor or oppose a proposal to change the rules and eliminate the filibuster for all presidential nominees?

3* Most Senate Democrats oppose the nomination of appellate court Judge Neil Gorsuch to the U.S. Supreme Court. How possible is it for President Trump to find a Supreme Court nominee that the majority of both Democrats and Republicans would support - very possible, somewhat possible, not very possible or not at all possible?
