The Rasmussen Minute: Manchester United? - The suicide bombing at an Ariana Grande concert at the Manchester Arena last week has focused the world's attention, yet again, on the massive toll of human carnage and suffering that Islamic terror has brought to the British people and to the streets of England.

British Prime Minister Theresa May described the attack as one of the worst terror incidents ever experienced in the United Kingdom. She pledged unity with the people of Manchester and vowed that England will not be cowed and that the terrorists will not win.

But the investigation into the bombing has since uncovered an active terrorist network in Manchester with connections to Libya, Al Qaeda and ISIS that goes back years, leaving many a frightened Brit wondering if the terrorists actually are winning.
