Most Think Trump Should Release Tax Returns

The pursuit of Donald Trump’s tax returns by congressional Democrats has now made it to the U.S. Supreme Court, and most voters continue to believe Trump should hand them over. For most Democrats and unaffiliated voters, Trump’s taxes are a big voting issue. For Republicans, not so much.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 54% of Likely U.S. Voters believe Trump should release his tax returns to congressional Democrats, up from 51% a year ago. Thirty-eight percent (38%) disagree. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
